Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opening for a SOLO Class A CDL Tanker Truck Operator, and we invite qualified candidates to consider joining our team at Ryder.

As a valued member of our driving team, you can expect a competitive compensation package:

  • Weekly Pay: $1775 or more
  • Hourly Rate: $31.50 with overtime after 40 hours
  • Paid Training Opportunities
  • Work Schedule: Thursday to Monday
  • Start Time: Between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver goods within the Central Valley area on a local, home-daily route.
  • Operate a Day Cab tractor with a 48' Tanker trailer, transporting food-grade milk.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of deliveries.
  • Assist with loading and unloading freight as necessary.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possess a valid Class A CDL with the necessary endorsements.
  • Minimum of 6 months of tanker experience required.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background checks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
