The Mobile Crisis Specialist will be an integral part of our team, working closely with COPE Team Leads and other stakeholders to provide high-quality services to our clients. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide crisis intervention services to adults experiencing behavioral health crises.
- Assess each member's need for service and develop a plan to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document all interactions and interventions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices and research-based interventions.
Requirements:
- Masters degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, social work, or counseling.
- Licensed as an LLMSW, LMSW, LP, LLP, LLPC, or LPC by the State of Michigan.
- Valid Michigan driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
