We are currently seeking a Full-time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to become a vital part of our organization. Our ideal candidates are dedicated to patient-centric practices, taking the necessary time to address individual patient needs thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting rounds at Optum Outpatient Clinics and performing Senior Wellness Visits.
- Operating within a defined regional area.
- Managing an average of 10-12 patients per day, with no direct patient panel.
- Possibility of handling up to 16 patients per day with a mix of primary care.
- Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no night or weekend shifts required.

Qualifications Required:
- Unrestricted Medical License in California.
