Pest Management Specialist

Pest Management Specialists are essential in addressing and mitigating unwanted pests such as cockroaches, rodents, ants, bed bugs, mosquitoes, ticks, and termites that invade structures and their surroundings, restoring tranquility for our clients. These pests can pose significant health and safety risks to occupants, and our specialists are dedicated to removing and controlling their populations from residences, offices, and other facilities to safeguard individuals and maintain the integrity of buildings.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Providing pest control services to residential properties to address pest-related issues.
• Conducting routine treatments, including perimeter applications and seasonal pest management services.
• Inspecting properties for indications of pest activity or infestations.
• Identifying, selecting, and implementing chemical or manual solutions to eradicate pests.
• Installing, inspecting, and maintaining termite protection systems.
• Promoting services to both new and existing clientele.

Compensation Structure:

Our compensation model offers you the autonomy to manage your schedule while also controlling your earnings. Unlike other positions with fixed salaries, our commission-based pay structure incentivizes you for service completion, sales achievements, and provides monthly bonuses for reaching your targets. Technicians typically earn between $40,000 and $65,000 annually, with no cap on potential earnings.
