Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Arriving at your designated workstation in full uniform at the scheduled time.
  • Efficiently managing all counter stations, adhering to our operational systems.
  • Understanding and implementing proper guest check procedures.
  • Preparing all menu items according to our portion guidelines and performance standards.
  • Engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Wrapping pizzas accurately and confirming orders with guests.
  • Providing clear baking instructions to customers and expressing gratitude for their business.
  • Ensuring timely service by delivering orders within our 6-minute service window.
  • Assisting customers as needed, including carrying pizzas to their vehicles.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area.
  • Following strict sanitation and food safety protocols.
  • Performing duties as assigned by your supervisor, including restocking and dishwashing tasks.
  • Completing all opening, closing, and shift change responsibilities as directed.
  • Taking on additional job-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Effective communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Basic math skills are essential.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with supervisors, colleagues, and customers.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks throughout the workday, including bending and lifting.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 30 pounds to shoulder height.
  • Willingness to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
