About the Job

We are seeking experienced CDL-A dedicated team truck drivers to join our team at TransForce Inc. As a dedicated team truck driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight on a regular route, providing a high level of service to our customers, and working closely with our dispatch team to ensure timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a tractor-trailer combination on a regular route, hauling freight to and from various locations
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work closely with our dispatch team to plan and execute routes, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on the vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition
  • Maintain accurate records of hours of service, fuel consumption, and other relevant data

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • At least 6 months of over-the-road experience
  • No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
