Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled APRN/PA to provide exceptional patient care and medical services in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service attitude, fantastic teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Examine patients, perform comprehensive physical examinations, and compile patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examination.
  • Administer or order diagnostic tests, such as x-ray, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests, and interpret test results for deviations from normal.
  • Perform therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing and wound care, and managing infection.
  • Develop and implement patient management plans, records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of care.
  • Instruct and counsel patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens, normal growth and development, family planning, emotional problems of daily living, and health maintenance.
Requirements
  • Degree from an accredited institution required.
  • Valid license to practice as an APRN/PA in Florida.
  • Proven experience in providing exceptional patient care and medical services.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Analytical thinking skills with the ability to investigate and diagnose.
  • English verbal and fluent English written required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiology care.
  • Urgent Care and Emergency Room experience may be considered.
  • CPR/BLS certifications preferred.
