Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver, assist, assess, and document medical care, including:
  • Basic first aid
  • Monitoring weight and vital signs
  • Catheter and bowel care, including intake and output tracking
  • Implementing range of motion exercises and other activities as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Assisting with ambulation, transfers, and positioning using appropriate medical equipment
  • Preparing meals tailored to dietary needs
  • Addressing special patient conditions within the scope of authorized tasks
  • Supporting patients in maintaining personal hygiene, including:
  • Assistance with bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and dressing
  • Thoroughly completing and coordinating necessary documentation after each visit
  • Observing and reporting significant changes in patient conditions to the Nursing Supervisor
  • Providing hands-on personal care and executing simple procedures as part of therapy or nursing services.
  • Delivering services as outlined in the physician's care plan, compliant with state regulations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current, unrestricted certification or proof of training as mandated by state regulations
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Proven ability in clinical assessments and adherence to care policies
  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
