• Provide exceptional lash services to clients, including lash applications, fills, and removals.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of lash techniques and products, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Must be a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in Maryland.
• Have a strong understanding of lash techniques and products.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
