Qualifications:
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships with families and colleagues, fostering a vibrant learning environment.
- A minimum of four years of professional teaching experience is preferred, with at least six months required.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications are essential.
- Completion of necessary credentials and background checks is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Willingness to engage in prolonged periods of standing, walking, sitting, and frequent bending.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
