Position Overview: Scenic Carpenter

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Woodshop team, specializing in the construction and repair of props and structures for various events. Ideal candidates will possess strong fit and finish skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to safety. The role requires the ability to lift weights up to 75 lbs.

Employment Details:

• Full Time, Hourly Position
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm (with occasional weekend installations)

• Personal hand tools are required

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a Scenic Carpenter is preferred
• Professional and pleasant demeanor
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in English is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and repair various props and structures
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Tools Utilized:

• Includes various saws, hammers, drills, screwdrivers, and more

Additional Skills:

• Experience in rigging is advantageous
• Capability to operate a 26' box truck
