Job Summary:

The Capital Grille is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at The Capital Grille, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services in the bar area by:

  • Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to our discerning guests.
  • Helping guests become aware of and choose menu items, taking orders, and making guests feel taken care of during their visit.
  • Keeping the bar stocked and clean, adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu and make recommendations to guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to company standards for cleanliness and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of mixology and spirits.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
