Career Overview: We are currently seeking licensed practical nurses or licensed vocational nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to join our team at the City of Roanoke Adult Detention Center in Roanoke, VA.

Salary and Benefits: Our full-time or temporary contract positions offer competitive pay rates varying based on experience, ranging from $50,000 to $80,000 per year, plus benefits including free prescriptions, health, dental, and vision insurance, 100% vested 401K with company contribution, tuition assistance, and more.

About the Role: As a correctional healthcare specialist, you will play a critical role in providing patient-focused care to our unique and diverse population. With over 35 years of experience, we have developed cutting-edge resources, including our award-winning electronic operating system, to ensure excellence in care delivery.

Requirements: To be eligible for this position, you must be a graduate of an accredited program for practical or vocational nursing, hold a current, unrestricted nursing license in VA, and possess a valid CPR card. A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in correctional healthcare, is required.
