We are seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to provide support to our Gift Planning Directors and coordinate daily operations in the Gift Planning office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience working with donors and vendors.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive donor information.
  • Provide administrative support to Gift Planning Directors, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and tracking marketing projects.
  • Coordinate ongoing marketing projects with Gift Planning support staff and ensure that assigned Directors remain within budget.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with donors after marketing projects and schedule appointments for Gift Planning Directors as needed.
  • Assist with special events by developing seminar materials, researching venues, and coordinating guest check-ins.

The Salvation Army offers a competitive salary of $72,000 per year based on experience.
