Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment.
  • Mentor and educate nursing staff.

Requirements

  • Required: Master's degree in nursing or related field; Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Preferred: Experience in leadership roles; Certification in nursing administration.
