De Novo Review Inc is seeking a highly qualified Civil Litigation Coverage Attorney to join our contract bench of vetted legal professionals. This unique opportunity allows you to work directly with one of our clients and enjoy the flexibility to coordinate coverage assignments. As a remote position, you will be required to cover in-person assignments within the Miami-Dade and Broward counties area. Ideal candidates will have experience in various civil litigation practice areas, preferably personal injury, property insurance, real estate, and commercial litigation. This position requires a commitment of approximately 20-30 hours per month. We are looking for a versatile and motivated individual who understands the ebbing and flowing nature of contract coverage work.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in their respective civil litigation practice areas; experience in multiple practice areas preferred
  • Must be a Florida barred attorney in good standing
  • Must live in the South Florida area and be able and willing to cover in-person assignments in Miami-Dade and Broward counties
  • Must be flexible, dependable, and willing to prioritize De Novo assignments
  • Must be a highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills
