We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-acuity care to a pre-teen patient in Panama City, FL.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the physician's prescribed plan of care, conducting patient assessments, and coordinating care with the healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing and experience working with medically fragile patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement physician's prescribed plan of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in system of record
  • Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
Requirements:
  • Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Florida
  • CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
