At Central Labor Council of Nashville and Middle Tennessee, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Associate. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our stadium, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the stadium, including emptying trash cans, wiping down surfaces, and sweeping/mopping the concourse.
  • Provide a safe and clean environment for our guests by squeegeeing standing water and picking up trash.
  • Responsible for maintaining all aspects of restroom cleanliness, including stocking and wiping down dispensers, cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, and emptying trash cans.
  • Respond to and resolve guest questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and polite manner.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, pull, push, and/or carry 25-60 lbs. as necessary.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and be exposed to different types of weather.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
