Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

NeoGenCare is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Stockton, California.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
  • Create individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
  • Educate patients and family members about speech disorders and causes.
  • Keep detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-language Pathology.
  • Active California Speech & Language Pathologist license.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Speech and Language Pathology.
  • Strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments.
  • Excellent coaching and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially patient and healthcare databases.
