We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our Inside Sales team at STOBER Drives Inc. This individual will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, growing revenue, and driving business growth.

Job Description

This position involves leading and quoting follow-up activities, helping customers navigate the buying process, and converting quotes into orders. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical drive solutions expertise, with a focus on warranty returns, pricing accuracy, and timely quote and order processing.

The Product Specialist will be responsible for CRM data entry, navigation, and extraction, as well as SAP data entry for quote and order processing. Effective communication skills are essential, including single-point-of-contact responsibilities for regional customers and proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.

This role requires product knowledge, including attending training opportunities to stay up-to-date on various products, some travel with the Outside Sales Team, and ability to locate information using the web to send to customers.

In addition, the successful candidate will demonstrate self-development skills, including proficiency in leadership tools, such as TL, and learning formalized in Leadership, Interpersonal, Technical, and STOBER policies.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants should have sales or customer service experience, an AA/AAS in Business (or equivalent), and CRM and ERP experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

The employee will regularly use hands and fingers to handle objects, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. They must be able to sit and occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

This position also includes occasional air travel, so the employee must be comfortable flying in an airplane.
