Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiology Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment. As a Travel Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and ensuring high-quality images are captured for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including CT scanners, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process, positioning patients, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient and safe imaging practices.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Radiology Technologist (RT) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in radiology imaging, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of imaging equipment and procedures, including CT scanning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient care and safety.
