At KWIK FILL, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier/Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and hello.
  • Suggest merchandise purchases to customers and learn to operate the cash register with accuracy.
  • Price, stock, and face merchandise, including gondolas, shelving, counters, walk-in coolers, upright coolers, and backroom storage areas.
  • Manage product storage, maintenance, and rotation activities to avoid damage or spoilage.
  • Maintain the store in accordance with maintenance policies and conform to Health Department rules and regulations.
  • Follow all security and safety policies and procedures.
  • Account for all shift and daily transactions.
  • Present a neat and clean appearance and wear required work dress code clothing.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to multi-task, work effectively as a team contributor, and communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work flexible hours.
  • Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, twisting, standing, walking, or sitting for prolonged periods.

Our store operates in a fast-paced retail convenience store setting, requiring a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
