Customer Acquisition Specialist

The Customer Acquisition Specialist role at ARS-Rescue Rooter involves working directly with our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores to promote our services to customers in the Dallas, Fort Worth, Tx area.
Your primary responsibilities will include speaking with customers about their needs and finding opportunities to offer our solutions, generating leads for Free, In-Home Consultations or selling home performance tune-ups, and earning an estimated hourly pay of $17 - $20 per hour, plus commission pay.
To excel in this role, you should be able to work independently in a retail environment, approach, speak, and engage with customers effectively, and have a driven personality with an internal competitive spirit to exceed goals.
You'll also have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and become a subject matter expert on our services.
