The Cordillera Ranch Club Management is dedicated to maintaining an exceptional standard of cleanliness within our prestigious Country Club. The Facility Cleaning Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that the Clubhouse meets and exceeds the expectations of our esteemed members.

Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Director of Facility Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
The Facility Cleaning Specialist will be tasked with the following duties:

• Efficiently empty and replace liners in all waste receptacles throughout the property as per the established checklist.

• Conduct thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of the clubhouse on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, as outlined in the cleaning schedule.

• Perform sweeping and dusting of all areas within the clubhouse according to the designated frequency.

• Dust and/or clean all furnishings regularly, adhering to the cleaning timetable.

• Ensure all windows are washed as per the cleaning schedule.

• Follow detailed cleaning instructions when provided.

• Collect and manage dirty laundry from all designated areas, processing it through the laundry facilities as directed.

• Fold and distribute clean laundry as required.

• Maintain the laundry area in an organized and tidy manner as instructed by the Supervisor.

• Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

• Must wear slip-resistant and oil-resistant footwear at all times.

• Approach all tasks with a friendly demeanor and show respect to members, guests, and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.

Compensation: Starting pay at $15.00 per hour, commensurate with experience in housekeeping.
