Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Teller I to join our team at First Interstate Bancsystem Inc. As a Teller I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and processing daily transactions in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily teller transactions, including deposits, loan payments, and cash advances
  • Provide outstanding customer service and develop relationships with clients
  • Recognize referral opportunities for additional retail products and services
  • Utilize 360View to effectively manage activities, incidents, and referrals
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
