Job Overview

Mt. Indie is seeking an experienced Enterprise IDAM Strategist to support a federal special access program.

This role provides a unique opportunity to drive innovative cybersecurity solutions in a high-security environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement enterprise-level IDAM strategies by evaluating network design, proposing alternatives, and customizing configurations to ensure an ideal balance between security and usability.
  • Collaborate with senior IT leaders to deliver secure, scalable IDAM solutions that meet both security and usability needs.
  • Lead IDAM solution development, including business use case analyses to implement IDAM solutions that meet customer requirements and stand up to advanced cyber threats.
  • Design and construct physical and logical architecture models for IDAM components, ensuring they are highly available, scalable, and meet mission needs.
  • Support the deployment of end-to-end IDAM solutions, leveraging tools like OKTA, Sailpoint, Forgerock, and CyberArk.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Clearance: Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required (4 years of relevant experience may substitute for this requirement; Associate's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience also accepted).
  • Experience:
  • 6+ years in federal or commercial IT, with at least 4 years in enterprise IDAM program implementations.
  • 2+ years leading IDAM solution development.
  • 4+ years building IDAM architectures that ensure availability, scalability, and security.
  • Proven experience working on government contracts, with strong relationship-building skills.
Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
