Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our landscaping crew, you will engage in various tasks that contribute to the health and aesthetics of our clients' properties. Your day will be filled with:

  • Utilizing an array of equipment such as mowers, blowers, and trimmers to maintain and enhance the beauty of grass, flowers, and trees.
  • Preparing and maintaining work areas, ensuring that all tools and machinery are kept in excellent condition.
  • Collaborating effectively with your team to achieve common goals.
  • Implementing safety measures, including setting up cones and signage to protect work zones.
  • Assisting climbers by managing tools and equipment safely during tree maintenance tasks.
  • Collecting and transporting branches and debris, operating chippers, and managing waste disposal efficiently.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment for both crew members and the public.
  • Communicating clearly with colleagues and clients to foster positive relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old, reliable, and capable of operating equipment such as power saws and cutters safely.
  • Preferred candidates will have a minimum of one year of relevant field experience.

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 35-80 pounds regularly.
  • Basic knowledge of landscaping principles is advantageous.
  • A valid CDL Driver's License is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
