Avera McKennan Hospital is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a LPN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a multidisciplinary setting. We consider our team like a family, not just co-workers. As a LPN, you will have the opportunity to go beyond licensure and employment requirements and become nationally certified. Our job summary requires all nurses to practice at a competent level of nursing care and demonstrate a competent and professional level of behavior in their role as an LPN. We are looking for a graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program, with two years of experience in a patient care setting preferred. Licensure as a LPN in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure is required. Our work schedule includes rotating 12-hour shifts, every third weekend, every third holiday, and every third call. The hourly range for this position is $22.75 - $31.50 per hour.
