Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash and inspect all dishware and glassware to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Store clean utensils, dishes, and glassware in their designated places to maintain organization and efficiency.
  • Keep the dish washing machine and dish room in clean operating condition, reporting any malfunctions or breakdowns to management promptly.
  • Sweep and mop the kitchen area, waitstaff station, and clean the filter over the stove area to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Deliver ice to the dining room as needed to ensure our residents receive excellent service.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be physically able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
