- Administer basic to advanced anesthesia.
- Manage cardiopulmonary arrest situations in coordination with clinical staff.
- Provide guidance on nursing care protocols, pharmacology, and restraint techniques.
- Demonstrate advanced pharmacological knowledge, including medication protocols and safe handling practices.
- Bachelor's degree in veterinary technology, veterinary nursing, or a related field.
- Current certification as CVT/RVT/LVT/LVMT.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in computer skills and data entry.
- Ability to think critically and perform well under pressure.
- A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a high-volume setting.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively.
