H&H Inc is a trusted full-service infrastructure engineering firm with over 137 years of experience. Our clients rely on us for intricate and innovative engineering solutions.

We manage the entire life cycle of a project, from study and planning to design and construction.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and development of conceptual alternative and final design plans for highway, roadway, interchange, and drainage projects
  • Design and produce traffic control and staging plans and traffic, signing, and striping plans
  • Perform geometric designs and plan development utilizing computer design software, including MicroStation, AutoCadd, InRoads, AutoTurn, and GuideSign
  • Design ADA-compliant facilities, including sidewalks, shared-use paths, and intersection curb ramps
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
  • Zero- five years of civil engineering experience
  • Detailed-oriented, self-starter, and comfortable working in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with MicroStation V8i and Bentley In-Roads (preferred)
  • EIT certification and prior internship experience (preferred)
Benefits
  • Salary range: $72,000-100,000 annually, commensurate with level of experience
