We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our team at Providence ExpressCare Tri-Cities. As a member of our community-focused service, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a 3-day week schedule. Our clinics provide a perfect balance between work and personal life, with a predictable day and a schedule of 30 twenty-minute appointments in a 12-hour period.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine, with the ability to work independently and respond to the needs of the local service area. You will be part of a single-provider staffing model, supported by a medical assistant and a comprehensive system structure.
Our generous compensation package includes a sign-on bonus, health, vision, dental, paid time off, 401k, and malpractice insurance. You will also have the opportunity to participate in productivity and quality/service incentives, as well as CME benefits.
