We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (BSN preferred) to fill the role of Director of Nursing at Mid-Step Services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating nursing services, staff orientations, supervision, evaluation, and education. A thorough understanding of nursing principles, including assessment, diagnosis, care plans, and programming, is essential.
Requirements include at least three years of nursing experience, with a preference for experience working with individuals who are medically fragile.
