Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality coaching and education services to families with young children, focusing on child development and parent-child interactions.* Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, families, and community partners.* Effectively communicate verbally and in writing, utilizing clear and concise language to convey complex information.* Establish and implement Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that address the unique needs of each family.* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and promote excellence in the field of early intervention.* Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to agency standards and best practices.

Requirements:
* A valid license from the Board of Social Work Examiners, Rhode Island Department of Health.* Minimum 1-3 years direct service experience with young children with special needs and their families.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.* Reliable transportation necessary for regular home visits and community-based services.* Salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
