We are seeking a dedicated Mechanic Supervisor to oversee our mechanical operations at Aramsco - Fabrication, Sanitation & Restoration. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily functions of support staff, technicians, and production units.
  • Establish priorities for the team to guarantee task fulfillment; collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate work efforts.
  • Make decisions in alignment with company policies, procedures, and strategic business objectives; receive guidance and oversight from upper management.
  • Typically, this role does not involve direct hands-on work.
  • Possess a solid understanding of procedures and practices within the specific area, along with a fundamental knowledge of related fields.
  • Recognize how the team interacts with other closely related teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Hold formal supervisory duties; guide and mentor team members to achieve deadlines.
  • Utilize sound judgment to identify and resolve everyday challenges, influencing service quality and the team's capacity to meet performance targets.
  • Act in accordance with local business requirements and established protocols.
  • Employ tact and diplomacy when sharing information and addressing sensitive matters.

Compensation:

$39.90 per hour
