You'll collaborate with our forward-thinking engineers to accelerate the delivery of medicines worldwide.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and implement automation solutions to improve manufacturing success rates and ensure zero downtime. Design, implement, and maintain automated systems and equipment to support organizational operations. Participate in daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and specifications. Collaborate with IT, Instrumentation, and operational teams to integrate and deploy new technologies. Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members and other staff within the department.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience; or a master's degree with more than 0+ years of experience; or an associate's degree with 6 years of experience; or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and manage complex/large engineering projects. Hands-on experience with engineering design and validation. Structured query language knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bonus Points:
Relevant pharmaceutical experience. Training in 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP, ISPE, and Annex 11. Kneat experience. OSI Pi expertise. Understanding of programming, and proficiency in at least one language.
