Job Summary

Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency dedicated to providing person-centered care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are seeking Part-Time and PRN Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Direct Care Staff, and Home Health Aides to join our team in the Columbia, SC area.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with daily routines, health monitoring, and skill development.
  • Drive individuals to medical appointments and community activities, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
  • Build relationships with community members, businesses, and families to create a support network for individuals.
  • Meet the requirements of High School Diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and ability to establish a supportive relationship with individuals.
  • Pass a background check, central registry check, child abuse registry check, and drug testing.
