Job Title: Special Education Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified Special Education Teacher to join our team at Soliant. As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for providing educational support to students with special needs in a K-12 setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
  • Provide instruction and support to students in a variety of settings, including classrooms and small group settings
  • Collaborate with general education teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive education for students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Special Education or a related field
  • Valid teaching certification or license in Special Education
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with students with special needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
