Job Summary:

Hire Dynamics is seeking a skilled Grinding Operator to join our team in a manufacturing environment. As a Grinding Operator, you will be responsible for using a hand grinder to buff parts and prepare them for the plating station.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a hand grinder to buff parts and achieve high-quality finishes
  • Inspect finished pieces for quality control and ensure they meet company standards
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • 6 months of consecutive work history in a manufacturing environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Comfortable using electrical grinding tools and equipment

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with a 4-day workweek, Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed. The Grinder will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation:

The Grinding Operator will be paid $17/hour and will have opportunities for career growth and professional development within the company.
