Job Summary

As an Automotive Service Specialist, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our skilled technicians. You'll play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and their vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.

  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their repair needs and provide clear explanations of recommended services and costs.
  • Accurately record customer requests and vehicle information on work orders.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and address any customer concerns.
  • Provide updates to customers on the progress of their vehicles and estimated completion times.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
Qualifications & Skills

We're looking for an individual with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a basic understanding of automotive repair processes.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
