Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Operations: Operate the company vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and safety precautions.
  • Route Management: Conduct daily inspections of the company vehicle and ensure that all necessary vehicle checks are completed within the allotted timeframe.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service on a given route, distributing packages weighing up to 50 lbs. in a relatively condensed cluster in a city or town.
  • Teamwork: Display excellent teamwork to ensure the station can deliver on all station commitments, working collaboratively with dispatch and other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a large van safely and efficiently.
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekdays and weekends, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively interact with customers and team members.
