Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing assessment of patient care services, collaborating with subject matter experts to create an environment of teamwork and improved outcomes.
  • Support patient-first philosophy, engaging in service recovery when necessary, and operationalizing current nursing strategies to improve engagement.
  • Provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, managing labor in accordance with patient care needs, and supporting inventory control and supply management.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure and diploma required.
