Delivery Driver Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Republic National Distributing Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our products to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver products by bottle, case, or pallet from the delivery truck to the customer's account by hand truck.
  • Safely operate commercial vehicle and conduct pre and post trip inspections, noting any vehicle defects.
  • Make timely deliveries to an established set of customers, including grocery stores, liquor stores, hotels, bars, restaurants, and convenience stores.
  • Verify receipt of correct order with the customer, obtain signature and payment if necessary, and ensure physical security of the truck at all times.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on route changes, concerns, or areas of opportunity.
  • Abide by DOT hours of service rules and regulations for their license type.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, two years delivery experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current Class B CDL driver's license (Class A CDL license also allowed and may be required for positions based on location).
  • Ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
  • Must be able to obtain valid DOT medical certification card and file appropriately with state Motor Vehicle Department.
  • Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License, as required by the state.
