Responsibilities:
• Verify physician orders to ensure accuracy in imaging procedures
• Use radiology information systems to facilitate patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients to ensure understanding and comfort
• Operate medical equipment independently to complete imaging procedures according to protocol
• Review patient images prior to transmission to ensure diagnostic quality standards
Requirements:
• Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
