Job Description:

We are seeking a Part-Time Swim Instructor to join our team at Goldfish Swim School - Fox Chapel. As an instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.

Compensation: $16-$18 per hour, with frequent pay raises based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Taught swimming lessons to students in a safe and effective manner
  • Maintained accurate records of student progress and attendance
  • Participated in ongoing training and professional development to improve teaching skills

Requirements:

  • Able to swim; everyone on our team is lifeguard, CPR & AED certified
  • Must be able to commit to missing no more than one class every 6 weeks for each day worked
  • You will find and prepare your own substitute teacher when you arent able to teach yourself, leaving notes so that your substitute can be as fin-tastic as you are

Schedule:

  • This position is a great opportunity for those ages 16 and up and others who are interested in an exciting, part time position.
  • Your schedule will be created based on your availability and our set lesson times from 9:00-1:00 on Tuesday and Wednesday, 4:00-8:00 on Monday through Friday, 9:00-3:00 on Saturday, and 9:00-4:00 on Sunday.
