Job Opportunity

We are currently aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Salesforce QA Lead. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level technical consultation to engineering teams and product owners to ensure the successful development and implementation of Salesforce applications across multiple environments.
  • Collaborate with clients and IT management to design, develop, and implement effective systems, ensuring alignment with QA standards and IT strategy.
  • Develop and approve test plans and scripts to ensure compliance with QA standards and IT strategy.
  • Create test data files with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow as part of Salesforce Functional Testing.
  • Work with users to plan user acceptance testing, alpha, and beta testing, ensuring that functional tests are successfully completed and documented, and all problems are resolved.
  • Analyze, design, and implement new or modified Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and standards, and assist in the development and implementation of QA metrics for assessing the quality of delivered Salesforce application enhancements.
  • Participate in the review of Provar Automation Scripts and consult with IT staff and client areas in resolving questions during the automated regression testing process.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent Salesforce test methodology, providing thought leadership and technical expertise across Salesforce Functional Testing.
  • Recognized as a subject matter expert in Quality Assurance & Testing assignments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field required.
  • 3+ years of QA Lead experience.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Functional Testing experience.
  • 3+ years of Test Automation experience.
  • Apttus / Conga CLM Testing experience a plus.
  • Provar Automation and Provar Test Manager experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
