Job Title: Farm Hand

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a skilled Farm Hand to join our team in South Dakota. As a Farm Hand, you will be responsible for assisting with farm operations, equipment maintenance, and repairs.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and crop management
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment
  • Operate tractors and other heavy machinery
  • Work collaboratively with other employees to achieve team goals
  • Maintain a safe and productive work environment
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of full-time experience in farm operations or a related field
  • Strong mechanical skills and ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
