Job Title: Speech Language Pathology Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join our team at Soliant Health. As a Speech Language Pathology Assistant, you will work closely with our licensed Speech Language Pathologists to provide speech services to students in a school-based setting.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time, onsite position for the 22/23 school year. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and hold an active North Carolina SLPA licensure.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech services to students in a school-based setting
  • Work closely with licensed Speech Language Pathologists to develop and implement individualized speech plans
  • Assist with data collection and progress monitoring
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
  • Active North Carolina SLPA licensure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
