The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, consistent with the scope of practice as outlined by the local state nurse practice act. This includes delegating and supervising nursing activities and functions, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff members, and promoting best practices within the profession of nursing.
