Physician Assistant Educator

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include:
- Providing classroom, online, and/or laboratory instruction for multiple courses.
- Mentoring PA students through regular meetings, grading, and advising for the capstone process.
- Serving as an instructor of record for at least one course.
- Coordinating clinical rotations for students at the Madison campus and assisting with site visits, recruitment of new preceptors, and other duties with UW Madison PA faculty.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills, leadership abilities, a collaborative style, and active clinical practice experience. If you are a motivated and organized problem-solver with excellent time-management skills, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- PA-C certification and licensure in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PA education or a related field.
- Excellent teaching, leadership, and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
